I have not heard back from the surgeon on the results of the tests. My radiation oncologist examined me after radiation this morning, and he thinks the infection is looking better. My main complaint is the pain. Hopefully the pain and the infection both will be gone soon.

I see my surgeon tomorrow at 12:30. She should have results by then.

The good news--I have 14 more radiation treatments to go. That's less than 3 weeks. Hooray!
